Return Policy

Returning My Order

GoodSleep will accept returns for purchases made through our website on unopened product(s) within 10 days of the date of purchase (not delivery), with an approved RMA number. All customers (International and Domestic) should contact a Customer Service Representative to arrange for an approved RMA number. Approved RMA return items must be received by within 10 days of the RMA issuance, in order to be valid for return consideration. A restocking fee of 15% will be subtracted from the original charges and a store credit for the difference will be issued on returned items, not exchanged items. There is NOT a 15% restocking fee on exchanged items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Canceling My Order

There will be a 5% cancellation fee for any orders placed that are cancelled before it ships out. Credit card companies charge a processing fee on all transactions therefore a fee applies for any cancellation. Your order is considered accepted once you have placed the order and provided payment information. If you elect to cancel your order at any time a 5% cancellation fee is applicable minus any shipping fees; your payment will be credited back to you minus 5% of the charge. Please make sure you wish to place the order before you submit the order. In the event you need to cancel your order because you cannot obtain a copy of your prescription; will work with you to the best of our ability to help you obtain it; however a 5% cancellation fee is still applicable. Orders cancelled within 24 hours may be eligible for no cancellation fee if the credit card company has not yet processed the payment.

 Please be sure to check your order carefully. Your credit card or Paypal account is charged at the time the order is placed, not once the order ships out or delivery. will not accept returns on products that have been opened. We recommend that you take precautionary measures to insure you are purchasing the right style and size masks for you. For your convenience, we make available to you a detailed product page and mask sizing gauges (when available). will accept returns on products you purchase that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for trouble shooting and then, if required, a return authorization number will be issued to you. 

Please note that any associated shipping cost to return products to is not covered for any warranty or return circumstance.

Warranty Items

We do consider all machines used if opened and if usage hours are placed on the machine. CPAP and BI-Level/Bi-PAP warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by solely by the manufacturer.

Manufacturers do not warranty against misuse or water damage. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, you will have a choice to have it returned to you at no cost, have the machine repaired by the manufacturer (repair costs will be communicated and collected before machine is repaired), or purchase a new machine at current prices displayed on the website.

All Machines (CPAP, Bi-Level, Bi-PAP, VPAP Adapt SV, Bi-PAP AutoSV, AutoPAP etc.,) which are experiencing functional issues and are no longer under manufacturer warranty MAY be able to repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturer. A diagnostic fee (which varies and is determined by the manufacturer), which may or may not be applied to the actual repair cost (depending on the manufacturer) will be collected prior to submitting the machine to the manufacturer for assessment.

If the product you have purchased needs to be returned due to a manufacturer defect, will exchange your product for the same item or an item of equal value at no additional charge (international shipping rates may apply on orders outside the continental U.S.). All customers (International and Domestic) should contact a Customer Service Representative to obtain an approved RMA number for the return. Approved RMA return items must be received by  within 30 days of the RMA issuance, in order to be valid for warranty does offer extended warranty plans on certain items.
