How Our Affordable CPAP Rental Program Works

Getting started with CPAP therapy through GoodSleep Healthcare Solutions is simple, affordable, and designed to help customers get access to therapy quickly without insurance delays.

We proudly serve customers throughout the United States. Please note that customers must reside within the United States, as we do not ship equipment internationally.

Submit Required Enrollment Documents

Customers must submit:

  • Valid U.S. CPAP prescription (RX)

  • Valid government-issued photo ID

  • Completed CPAP Rental Agreement

  • Required payment

Receive Your CPAP Therapy Package

Once enrollment has been completed, approved, and payment has been received, your CPAP Therapy Package will be prepared and shipped directly to you pre-programmed to your prescription settings.

Step 2 — Complete The CPAP Rental Enrollment Process

Before any CPAP rental equipment can be released, shipped, or made available for pickup, all required enrollment documents, approvals, and payment requirements must first be completed and verified by GoodSleep Healthcare Solutions.

To complete enrollment, customers must submit:

  • A valid U.S. CPAP prescription (RX)

  • A valid government-issued photo ID

  • The completed CPAP Rental Agreement

  • Required payment for the selected rental option

Please note:

  • All prescriptions must originate from and be valid within the United States

  • A valid debit or credit card must remain on file for recurring monthly billing

  • Orders will not be processed until all enrollment requirements have been completed and approved


Purchased Online? Here’s What Happens Next

If you completed your CPAP Rental Program purchase online, simply contact our team with your order number so we can begin collecting the required enrollment documentation.

If we receive your order before hearing from you, our team will proactively contact you to help move your enrollment forward.

Whichever happens first, our goal is to make the process simple and efficient so your therapy setup can begin as quickly as possible.


Step 3 — CPAP Therapy Package Preparation

Once enrollment has been completed, approved, and payment has been received, your CPAP Therapy Package will be prepared and shipped.

Your package may include:

  • Refurbished CPAP machine (fully sanitized & tested)

  • Brand-new humidifier chamber

  • Brand-new CPAP tubing

  • Brand-new filters

  • Power supply

  • Setup and onboarding support (if needed)

  • Prepaid return shipping label

To help simplify your therapy experience, your CPAP machine will arrive pre-programmed to the prescription pressure settings provided by your licensed healthcare provider.

Please note:

  • CPAP machine brands and models are assigned solely at the discretion of GoodSleep Healthcare Solutions based on equipment availability, compatibility, and program standards

  • Customers do not select or request specific CPAP machine brands or models

  • All CPAP masks, filters, CPAP tubing, and humidifier chambers issued through the CPAP Rental Program will be provided brand new


Optional Comfort Upgrade

If a customer selects “YES” to the “Need A CPAP Mask?” option during checkout, a Nasal Pillows Assembly Kit will be issued as part of the optional Comfort Upgrade for an additional one-time fee of $99.

Please note:

  • Mask brands, models, sizes, and assembly kit configurations are assigned solely at the discretion of GoodSleep Healthcare Solutions based on availability and program standards

  • Customers do not select specific CPAP mask brands, styles, or models

  • All CPAP masks and mask assembly kits provided through the Comfort Upgrade are considered personal-use items

  • CPAP masks and assembly kits are non-returnable and non-refundable once issued


Simple & Affordable Pricing

Monthly Plan

  • $99 due today

  • Includes your first 30 days of CPAP rental

  • Followed by 2 additional monthly payments of $99

  • 3-month minimum commitment required

Pay-In-Full Option

  • One-time payment of $297 (Contact us to setup)

  • Covers the full 3-month minimum rental term


Easy Equipment Returns

At the conclusion of your rental term, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you for convenient equipment return.

Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the rental equipment back within five (5) calendar days of receiving the prepaid return label.

Rental equipment remains the property of GoodSleep Healthcare Solutions until returned and processed.
